Returns & Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at support@hairrituals.eu before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.

2. Return Eligibility

For health protection and hygiene reasons, hair systems may only be returned if they remain unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging.

If the protective seal has been removed, broken, or tampered with, the product is considered unsealed and is not eligible for return or refund.

This does not affect your rights in the case of goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the item until it is received at the return location.

4. Return Address

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by email after your return request has been accepted.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Any accessories or additional items included with the order must be returned in their original, unused condition.

If an item shows signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly, as permitted by applicable law.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with applicable law.

7. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hairrituals.eu so we can assist you and provide an appropriate solution.
