1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the sale of hair systems and maintenance products via the Hair Rituals online store. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these terms in full.

3. Orders and Payments
- All prices are listed in PLN or EUR and include applicable taxes.
- Payment is required at the time of purchase. Online payments are processed by PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched from Warsaw within 24-48 hours.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Poland: Free shipping via InPost services.
- European Union: Free shipping via DPD International.
- United Kingdom: 10 GBP flat fee, free shipping from order above 100 EUR or Equivalent GBP.
- Hair Rituals is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Hygiene
- Returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.
- Hygiene Exception: In accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, hair systems, adhesives, and solvents cannot be returned once the protective hygiene seal is broken or the packaging is opened due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
6. Complaints
Any complaints regarding manufacturing defects must be submitted in writing to support@hairrituals.eu. We will respond to all claims within 14 days of receipt.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the registered seat of the Service Provider.
