Shipping policy

1. Processing and Fulfillment

At Hair Rituals, we prioritize quality and precision. Every order is personally inspected and packed by our team at our headquarters in Warsaw, Poland. In-stock orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are typically dispatched within 24 hours from Warsaw.

2. Domestic Shipping (Poland)

• Provider: InPost Paczkomaty.
• Cost: Free for all orders within Poland.
• Estimated Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

3. International Shipping (European Union)

• Provider: Tracked International Courier DPD.
• Cost: Free shipping to selected countries.
• Estimated Delivery: 2–7 business days depending on the destination country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your kit has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress.

5. Packaging Discretion

We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in discreet, high-quality packaging that does not explicitly mention the contents on the exterior label.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please take photos before opening and contact us immediately at support@hairrituals.eu. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
